FSC/PEFC

Every year 13 million hectares of forest are being destroyed – this corresponds to an area twice the size of Austria. It is important for us to support sustainable businesses with wood – the most important raw material. Therefore we are the first printing house to receive the double-certificate ‘FSC’ and ‘PEFC’ from the Austrian certification authority.

The internationally recognized non-profit organizations ‘Forest Stewardship Council’ (FSC) and ‘Programme for Endorsment of Forest Certification Schemes’ (PEFC) were founded to manage forests sustainably and exemplary.

Illegal wood use and destruction of forests are prohibited in those forests participating in these programmes. Economic and social aspects of wood use are subject to strict rules and regulations. Strict controls and a transparent processing chain ensure the credibility of these programmes.

Today we can offer a wide range of certified papers for offset printing as well as for digital printing. Due to the top quality of these papers they fulfil all typographical requirements and can easily compete with mass-produced papers.
